Letter writing month = reason for new stamps! Because I was totally running low on stamps, ummm, maybe not. But I couldn’t resist the new skateboard stamps! I better get to writing and mailing some snail mail love so when the Roy Lichtenstein and Strega Nona stamps come out I wouldn’t feel so guilty running out to buy them, because I already know I will.

Mail art is my creative outlet. Wax seals, washi tape, watercolor, brush lettering, vintage stamps, block prints - I ❤️ it all! But most of all I love sending a word of encouragement, recalling a fond memory, planning a trip, and just putting a little more snail mail love into the world.

On my drive from Buena Vista, Colorado to Taos I was blown away by the sky. Passing through one of the small, blink and you will miss it, towns before hitting the New Mexico border, I saw this US Post office on a beautiful building and had to turn around a get a picture. Don’t always love driving, but love a road trip.

Snail mail love 🐌 📬❤️ heading to mailboxes! I had such a fun time yesterday helping people pick out cards, stamps, and doing lots of wax seals. 2 of my favorite wax seals were used - a mailbox filled with flowers from @penpaling_paula and words I can get behind “better than an email”!

Had a lovely morning writing letters of gratitude with my neighbors. A beloved member of our community had to move due to health reasons, so we organized a time to sit and pause and take a moment to send her our love and gratitude through the written letter. Know someone fierce and courageous? Write to them and tell them you see them & admire them.
